This policy explains how to ask for a change or cancellation of an order placed on biovedahealth.com. BioVeda Health is a brand of Parnik Naturals LLP.

How to request a cancellation

Please contact our customer support as soon as possible with your order number and your request.

• ● Email or call us. Write to support@biovedahealth.com with the subject line Order Cancellation Request, or call +91 84488 33782.
  
• ● Share your details. Give your order number, your name, your phone number and what you want to change or cancel.
  
• ● Wait for our reply. Your request is not confirmed until we respond. We will tell you if the order can be cancelled.
  

When you can cancel

• ● Before it ships: we will try to cancel it for you. This is usually possible within A hours of placing the order.
  
• ● After it ships: we cannot cancel it, because it is already with the courier. See the section below.
  

Orders are packed quickly, so we cannot promise that every request will reach us in time.

Prepaid and Cash on Delivery orders

• ● Prepaid orders: if we cancel your order, the money goes back to the same payment method. It takes about A working days to reach you. Your bank or card company may take a little longer.
  
• ● Cash on Delivery orders: you have not paid yet, so there is nothing to refund. Please do not refuse the parcel. Write to us to cancel instead.

After your order has shipped

If your order has already shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If the product arrives damaged, wrong or incomplete, you can still ask for a return, replacement or refund. Please read our Return and Refund Policy.
